Help and questions
Answers to the questions applicants, recipients and people checking an award ask most often.
Who can enter?
A manufacturer, responsible brand owner or authorised representative can enter an eligible finished product. Identify the exact version, users and context. Ingredients, concepts and company-wide nominations are outside the programme.
Is entry free?
Yes. Entry, review, feedback, appeal, the electronic certificate, public record and permitted digital mark use are free. No purchase is required. Physical items are quoted separately.
Do I send a sample?
No. The assessment is conducted online from the accepted dossier. A remote demonstration may clarify a workflow; it is not represented as laboratory or clinical testing.
What evidence is needed?
Provide a claims matrix, relevant product and use evidence, current labels and instructions, limitations and support information. Private evidence is separated from the proposed public record.
When can I submit and check progress?
Entries are accepted throughout the year. Save drafts and follow the stage and next-action information in your account.
Can I appeal or report a change?
A free appeal can address a material factual or procedural error within 30 days of decision notification. Use the account to report a change to an awarded product before extending its award claim.
How do I verify a certificate?
Enter its complete award ID. Compare product version, recognised scope, certificate version and current status. Use the register for a product search and the concern form for suspected misuse.
How do I contact the team?
Use Contact for general enquiries. Use your account for a live application or order, with the relevant reference.
