Accessibility

We aim to make award information, applications and verification usable by as many people as possible.

Reading the website

Use browser controls to enlarge text. Pages have headings, consistent navigation and a skip link to the main content. Every award guide is available as an HTML page as well as a PDF.

Using forms and navigation

Menus and forms support keyboard navigation and visible focus. Labels identify the information requested, and required fields are marked. Save each application step to return to a longer task later.

Request an alternative

If a format or task creates a barrier, tell the team what you are trying to do and what format would help. You do not need to disclose sensitive health information to explain the request.

Report a problem

Include the page address, the action attempted and the barrier. Device or assistive-technology details can help us reproduce the issue. The team will consider how to address it or agree an alternative route.

Accessibility checks

The website is checked using relevant WCAG 2.2 AA criteria, automated tools and manual keyboard and responsive review. These checks are not an independent certification of full conformance.

Contact accessibility support

Select Accessibility in Contact. If that form is itself a barrier, use the organiser’s contact route linked from About IAHPM.
