Download the current PDF from your account after publication. It identifies the awarded product and includes the Award ID and a QR code linking to verification. Use the current copy when sharing the recognition.

Your public record explains why the product was recognised and identifies its use and current status. Share the direct link with customers and professional contacts. Published records are also accessible through IAHPM’s health product query.

Use the approved artwork on your website, product communications and eligible packaging within the mark guidelines. Identify the awarded product and award year clearly. There is no compulsory paid licence or renewal.

Confirm the public product facts and image rights when requested. Once the award is published, open your account’s award materials to download the certificate and mark. The guidelines explain accurate wording and artwork use.

If you would like a physical item, request a separate quotation. You may choose one item, several or none. Buying an item has no effect on recognition or the included digital benefits.

Tell the awards team about a material product change and replace a superseded certificate if a correction is issued. The live record remains the reference for the product and current status.
