Use the correct name
Use “Health Choice Award” for an individual recognition and “Health Choice Awards” for the programme. State the award year and product name. Do not describe the recognition as government approval, market authorisation, medical certification or a consumer vote.
Keep the scope clear
Use the mark only for the product, models, formulation or software version recorded in the register. Do not apply it to a company, an entire range, an ingredient supplier or an unassessed variant. Place a clear product qualifier beside range-level advertising.
Digital and packaging use
The account provides the approved artwork and record link without a licence fee. Digital use and reproduction on the awarded product’s packaging are permitted within these rules. Use your own production supplier or request optional official labels; purchasing labels is not a condition of permission.
Artwork, colour and clear space
Use the supplied artwork in its original proportions. Keep clear space of at least one tenth of the seal diameter on every side. Use at least 160 CSS pixels in digital display or 30 mm in print so the name remains legible. Use a larger size when the production method requires it. Do not redraw, recolour, crop, distort or remove the year from an annual mark.
Acceptable claims
Identify the awarded product, the actual award year and the use recognised in the record. Link to that exact record so readers can check the recognition. Avoid “best”, “safest”, “clinically proven by IAHPM”, guaranteed outcomes or universal suitability unless a separate lawful and substantiated basis exists.
Changes and status
Stop new use if the award is suspended or withdrawn and follow the written instructions for existing materials. Report a material product change before extending the claim. See Product changes and Using the award mark.
