• Differences between the studied and entered product are explained.
• Relevant contrary findings, funding and author relationships are disclosed.
• Important user tasks and any assistance are addressed.

Instructions and ongoing use

• Current labels, instructions and warnings are supplied.
• Setup, interpretation, cleaning and maintenance are explained where relevant.
• Consumables, subscriptions, training and support arrangements are clear.
• Reliability information and material product concerns are included.

Files and public information

• Every file opens, is relevant and is within the upload limits.
• Unnecessary personal information has been removed.
• Rights to supply the files and publish the product image are confirmed.
• Private evidence is separate from the proposed public summary.
• The public details and declarations have been checked.
