Programme responsibility
IAHPM administers the programme and is responsible for the resources required to operate it. Applicants are not required to make a contribution to enter or receive recognition.

There is no activation, publication or compulsory renewal payment attached to these benefits.
Optional physical items
Recipients can request a quotation for a trophy, printed certificate or official labels. The quotation states the seller, specification, total price, taxes and delivery before an order is accepted. You may decline every item and retain the same award and digital benefits.
Separate decisions and responsibilities
Purchasing information is restricted to the people handling the enquiry and fulfilment. It cannot change review priority, ratings, the citation, publication or award status. Reviewer remuneration cannot depend on positive decisions or orders; there is no paid route to an upgraded award.
Questions about a charge
If you receive a request to pay for an award result or a free benefit, keep the communication and contact the awards team. Pressure or an alleged payment condition can also be reported through Report a concern.
