Answering a request
Each request sets out the questions, supporting material needed and reply date. The normal response period is 14 calendar days. You can request one further 14-day extension. Send the response through the request so it stays with the application.
Understanding the decision
The chair records the reasons against the six criteria. Where an important specialist question remains, an additional opinion may be sought. The programme does not promise a fixed overall review period.
Messages and withdrawal
Use the entry’s next-action area and message channel for case questions. You may withdraw before a decision; necessary case records are retained under the privacy policy.
