Remove unnecessary identifiers
Use anonymised or appropriately de-identified material. Remove names, patient numbers, emails, faces and locations unless necessary and lawfully authorised. Do not upload full medical records to illustrate a task.
Check your rights
Confirm permission to share each file. Identify sensitive material and access restrictions. The programme must be able to retain evidence needed to justify its decision.
Files, demonstrations and access
Use PDF, JPEG, PNG or AVIF within the upload limits. Demonstration links need HTTPS, product versions, expiry and access restrictions. Do not submit executables, production credentials or unrestricted live-system access.
Retention and withdrawal
Privacy explains retention for drafts, applications, public records and security logs. Withdrawal stops progress; evidence needed for decision integrity, disputes or obligations is retained.
Report a disclosure concern
Use Contact with the reference and a concise account. Exclude passwords, keys and unnecessary sensitive material. Supply requested case evidence through your account.
