Choose whether to order
An award recipient may request one item, several items or none. Purchasing does not change the award, publication, citation, review priority or mark permission. A quotation is separate from the awards decision.
Check the award identity
Use the exact award ID, product name, year and current status. Physical items must describe only the recorded product and scope. A suspended or withdrawn award cannot be represented as current.
Specify the request
State the item type, quantity, size, material or finish preferences, delivery country and required personalisation. For labels, give dimensions, surface, application conditions and expected quantity. Do not assume a label order grants wider mark rights.
Review the quotation
Check the named seller, specification, unit and total prices, taxes, delivery charge, destination, production estimate and cancellation terms. There is no order until the quotation and terms are accepted. Do not send payment details through an evidence upload.
Approve the proof
Check every name, ID, year and layout before approving a personalised proof. Changes after approval may affect cost or timing and must be agreed. Proof approval and payment state are recorded separately from award status.
Delivery and support
Keep the order reference. Report transit damage, missing items or a production error with photographs and the delivery date. See Order terms and Physical award items.
