Certificate content
The certificate states the programme, awarded product, responsible organisation, assessed version, award year, decision date, award ID, certificate version and verification URL. It identifies the supported scope without reproducing confidential assessment material.
Unique identification
Each award receives an ID in the form HCA-year-identifier. The ID remains attached to that award even when a factual correction changes the certificate version. It is not transferred to another product or company.
QR code and record link
Scan the code or type the ID into Verify an award. Check the domain, product, version and status. A certificate image without a matching official record is insufficient for verification.
Corrected versions
A corrected certificate has an incremented version. The account supplies the current PDF, and the record explains material public changes. Replace superseded certificates in websites, presentations and other materials you control.
Read the status
Awarded means the recorded recognition is current. Under review indicates a material matter is being examined. Suspended means use is restricted while the matter is addressed. Withdrawn means the recognition has been removed. Discontinued describes availability and is distinct from withdrawal.
Report a difference
Compare the exact product identifiers first. Use the account change process for a factual correction and Report a concern for suspected misuse. Read Reading an award record.
