There is no required activation, publication or renewal payment for the free benefits. IAHPM is responsible for programme administration and operating resources.
Separation of responsibilities
Reviewers and the chair do not receive order details as part of assessment. Fulfilment access is limited to award identity and the information needed to quote and supply the item. A recipient may decline all items and retain the same award and benefits.
Decisions a purchase cannot change
- Review priority or reviewer assignment.
- Ratings, recommendations or the award decision.
- The citation, publication or public status.
- Access to the free certificate, record or permitted digital mark.
Reviewer remuneration must not depend on positive outcomes, award numbers or order value. Commission, sales targets and paid upgrades cannot form part of an award decision.
